One address handles everything — support, privacy, billing problems and grievances. Using the right subject line gets you a faster, better answer, because it tells us which queue and which checks the message belongs in.

Getting a faster answer
- Write from the email address on your account. It is how we verify a request is yours, and it saves a round trip.
- For billing, include the Google Play order ID (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history). It looks like
GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567. Without it we cannot find the transaction.
- For a bug, tell us the device and Android version and what you did just before it happened. A screenshot helps more than a description.
- One issue per email. Three problems in one thread tend to leave two of them unanswered.
- Do not send passwords. We will never ask for one, and we cannot use it.
Faster than emailing us
Cancel your subscription
Only Google Play can cancel a Play subscription — we cannot do it for you. Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Snaqly → Cancel.
Manage subscription
Request a refund
Within 48 hours of purchase you can usually do it yourself in the Play Store: Order history → the order → Request a refund. After that, Google decides. See Terms, Section 10.
Delete your account
Profile → Settings → Delete account, in the app. Immediate and permanent. Full details on the deletion page.
Delete one remembered fact
The Coach tab lists everything the coach remembers about you. Tap the fact to delete it. No email needed.
Turn off notifications
Settings in the app, or Android’s own notification settings for Snaqly.
What we cannot do by email
- Cancel your subscription — only Google Play can.
- Issue a refund — Google is the seller and holds the money. We can investigate and support your request with Google.
- Give medical, dietetic or clinical advice — we are not qualified to, and the Service is not a medical device. Please see a professional.
- Recover a deleted account — deletion is permanent by design; there is no backup to restore.
- Recover guest data from a lost or wiped phone — if you never signed in, the data existed only on that device and we never held a copy.
- Reset your password for you — use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen; the link goes only to your own inbox.
Languages
We answer in English and Hindi. Please write in either if you can. Messages in other languages are handled with machine translation, which may slow the reply and lose nuance.
